The SARS-CoV-2 Ag Fluorescence Rapid Test is an in vitro fluorescence immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of the nucleocapsid protein antigen of SARS-CoV-2 in direct nasal swab specimens from both symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals.
The instrument's detection system automatically excites the fluorescent label and the binding area of the target on the reactive strip after the reaction. The fluorescent marker then emits fluorescence, which is detected as an optical signal. The analyzer's camera automatically analyzes the binding region of the fluorescent marker.
This system is designed to provide rapid, qualitative detection results for COVID-19 in human nasal swab samples using photoelectric signals, all in a single step.
