Glucose and Lactate Measurement
The Biosen glucose and lactate analyzers series includes two models: Biosen C-Line Clinic and Biosen C-Line GP+. These are well-known and widely used brands in laboratories, sports medicine, scientific research, and diabetes clinics. Biosen analyzers can be produced as single-channel lactate systems or dual-channel systems that can also measure glucose simultaneously.Biosen uses a special chip sensor technology to provide fast measurements with high accuracy at a low cost per test. Due to the long lifespan of the sensor chip, the system requires minimal maintenance, and features like the colorful touchscreen and large memory contribute to the ease of use of the Biosen analyzer.
All Biosen analyzers come with an RS252C, USB, and encrypted Ethernet interface to connect to hospital or laboratory information systems (LIS) and middleware software such as EKF Link. The Biosen C-Line Clinic comes standard with an integrated barcode reader, and both models allow printer connection via RS232C or by using EKF Link and EKF Link Lite.
Biosen can test whole blood, plasma, or serum to provide glucose and lactate values with excellent precision (%3 CV or less) across a wide measurement range.
There are two different Biosen C-Line models, each designed for different scenarios. The Biosen C-Line series consists of Clinic and GP+ models. The Clinic model is designed for use in sports facilities, clinics, or laboratories with moderate sample testing demands (up to 20 samples). The GP+ model is designed for small clinics and scientific study fields with low sample testing demands (up to 5 samples) and is likely to be used as a POCT device.
